18hr Store Assistant

Responsibilities

• Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• To ensure you are fully up to date on all weekly communications.
• Engage with Salon colleagues on how to improve customer service and effectiveness.
• Help to deliver exceptional Retail Store Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas.
• To comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions
• Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns, and events in a timely and accurate manner.
• Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set.
• Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store.
• Minimise store stock loss and wastage
• Manage replenishment processes to ensure 100% availability at all times of top 50 selling lines within the business.
• Check and action out of date stocks.
• Take part in stock takes and stock counts.
• Ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures relating to the control of Cash, Stock, Store and Staff are in place and adhered to
• Ensure all Health & Safety personal compliance is up to date.
• Any other reasonable duties as required by the manager as appropriate.
