Integration of various team members, including Doctors, Nurses, Advance Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics allows us all to work to the highest level of our ability. Administrative staff are trained to reduce unnecessary clinician workload. We encourage close communication and peer support between team members, avoiding feeling isolated. There is a weekly, clinical team meeting, facilitated by the GP partners, to provide the opportunity to discuss cases and to catch up.
