We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our team as Bar and front of house assistant for the forthcoming season.. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that our bar and restaurant operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies.
- Ensure that the bar and restaurant are clean and always organised.
- Operate the cash register and handle payments from customers.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects.
