CAD DESIGNER
West Sussex Office Furniture Ltd, are a manufacturing distributor in commercial office and educational furniture, based in Chichester.
We are seeking a CAD Designer to join our lively, fun design team, who regularly enjoy social events outside working hours.
Working from our one office-based location.

What we are looking for:
- Strong IT skills, ideally have minimum of 1 + years’ experience in AutoCAD.
- People skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and clients.
- Confident reading and understanding basic drawings.
- Work closely with the ‘Sales & Production team’ to assist with any troubleshooting or new product developments.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for design as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy of your work is imperative.
- Must be able to work well on your own initiative and part of a team.
- Ability to adapt and able to work under pressure.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Your main role will predominantly be producing manufacturing drawings and specifications for bespoke furniture products in a timely manner.
- You will report to the CAD Manager and after the initial training period you will be required to undertake the responsibility of updating and managing all the current drawings and documents.
- Assist in the development and preparation of new furniture designs and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
Salary: Starting from £23,000.00 dependant on experience
