Our organisation is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, and is required to be familiar with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will also be capable of multitasking effectively and possesses excellent writing skills. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with prior experience in a call center environment to become a leader in our team.answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers. make telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers. deal with customer orders, card payments, enquiries and complaints. advise about products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet callers in a pleasant, professional manner.
  • Occasionally transfer callers to the department of their choice.
  • Provide advice to customers.
  • Repair a damaged relationship with a customer.
  • Take orders from customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Β£1,000.00-Β£3,000.00 per month
