Chef de Partie
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Loves cooking with the freshest ingredients
- Wants to learn and progress
- Good understanding of vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free dishes
- On top of food hygiene and allergen checks
- Health and safety aware
- You need to have experience in a similar role with a real passion for food

- Hourly rate £11 - £12 PH depending on experience

We are an independent pub company with sites in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. Our pubs are community led with a welcoming atmosphere run by professional hard-working teams of staff. We run all our own kitchens with a range of food offers using the best of local fresh food suppliers.
