Crime and Intelligence Analyst
Mitie is the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company and we are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre Crime & Intel Team. We are looking for experienced professionals' to join us on a permanent basis. So, if you have previous experience in the world of crime analysis with an acute attention to detail then we want to speak with you!
Where: Our Head Office – Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7SL
When: We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: 40hrs per week working Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends)
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

About the role:
- Analysing data and intelligence to identify patterns in crimes happening in M&S Stores
- Deploying security resources through an intelligence-led approach
- Drawing inferences and conclusions based on client needs
- End to end case management with the objective of securing criminal convictions and custodial sentences
About you:
- Strong big-data analytical ability – an expert user of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a strong teamwork ethic
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator with experience in delivering oral and written presentations to senior leadership
