Nursing Direct is looking for a Care Support worker / CSW for one of our new home care packages in the Horsham area, The package is for a young teenage girl who has suicidal ideations, self harming tendencies.
Requirements within this role:
- Support and maintain safety
- Build relationships by doing activities she like eg: arts & crafts, Cinema, bowling.
- Support and regulate her emotions
- Needs constant routine and clear boundaries

Requirements for HCA’s:
- MINIMUM of 1 months UK Healthcare experience
- MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes

- MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
- MUST have PMVA Training
