Looking for

• Position: Curry Chef

You will have the caliber, leadership and authority for directing and overseeing the preparation, cooking and finishing of complex range of high quality Indian cuisine dishes. You will be responsible for the management and operation of the kitchen and staff. Following the current menu planning,Routine stock ordering, rotation and quality checks; Supervision and training of junior Chefs and kitchen staff; Monitoring and management of food waste; Implement HACCP and food hygiene controls: Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines. Regular monitoring of food temperature reports; Assist in Cost Analysis and review; Preparing reports and schedules; Performing key duties as assigned

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• High level creativity, skills and mastery in preparation of a range of authentic Indian dishes and other specialties.
• Previous proven Min 3 years experience at required skill level for both position.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
