We are looking for an individual with high energy and a great attitude for work.

Key skills for the job are exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and someone who can fulfil tasks to the best of their ability.

This role would be a customer service-based role communicating with our partners and their customers.

The role would be very hands-on and would require someone who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities would also include:

  • Responding to queries from end-user customers relating to ThingCo products and services
  • Communicating with B2B partners on end-user queries
  • Completing manual tasks within ThingCo accident risk management processes
  • Ensuring tasks are actioned within SLA, achieve KPIs, follow procedures & policies and are performed to a high standard
