Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on a 5 year project in Aylesbury, to operate the following plant:
We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating or supervising the following plant:
The right candidate will possess:
- The appropriate competency card, CPCS is preferred but other industry cards will be considered. In the case of supervisors, SSSTS is preferable, but training will be available.
- GPS Experience
- Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
- Have a positive attitude towards safety.
- Able to communicate well at all levels.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Be a strong team player.
- Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Rates of pay and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC with bonusses commensurate to the scale of the Project.
