Salary will rise with experience.
Hours 06-16:00 with possibility of daily flexibility and ability to cover Saturday morning as/when required on over time rates.
- Weighing & mixing various products - including fudge, nougats, mallow and brittles
- Completing appropriate paperwork accurately
- The ability to work under pressure
- Always maintain a clean and food safe working environment and complete hygiene tasks at end of shift
- Ability to be flexible regarding working hours
- Good English/numeracy skills and able to follow instructions/recipes/procedures
- Team working closely with other related departments
- An understanding of basic Health, Safety and Food Standards
- Good team worker with positive attitude to work
