Barista experience preferred, and any food prep or a passion for food prep desired.
You will be used to working in busy coffee shops, or cafes, be excellent with customer service and have a hands-on approach.
It is a full-time position and we employ all year round. Even in the quieter periods.
ROLE – Food preparation and front of house
you will:
- Manage the kitchen day to day including orders
- Help to control all costs & budgets
- Work in a hands-on capacity
- Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
- Help to manage stock and control wastage
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Be passionate about developing the menu and ensuring we have high quality output.
