General Operative

Stonebridge Inspection and Testing Services Ltd are recruiting a General Operative for their Nottingham workshop. Responsibilities will include:

· Basic facilities maintenance and housekeeping

· Basic fleet vehicle and plant equipment maintenance (cleaning/washing)

· Goods in/goods out (Including Picking/packing)

· Transporting equipment between Customers and workshop (Van driving, with towing trailers training can be given)

· PAT Testing

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience in PAT testing

· An IPAF licence

However training can be provided for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be:

· Hard working

· Punctual

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good interpersonal skills

The job will fluctuate between Customer sites (currently covering England and Wales) and the workshop in Nottingham depending on demand.

There may be working away/staying in hotels at times.

This is a varied permanent role within a rapidly growing business.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Particulars:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• 20 days statutory holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays
• Free on site parking
