Purpose

To ensure that all areas within the premises meet the Company standard regarding cleanliness, health and safety.

Responsibilities

To ensure that tables are cleared of all used glassware and empty bottles
To clean tables and wash glassware
To stock the bar and sort bottle skips
To clean spillages and breakages, ensuring broken glassware is removed to a safe area
To clean floor and bar areas as part of the close down procedure
To carry out toilet checks on a regular basis
To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
Any other duties relevant and related to the post

No previous experience necessary
The ideal candidate will be a team player, customer focused and enthusiastic, with the desire to ensure that the customers receive excellent service
With good communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to approach their work in a methodical and logical manner
