Supported by the Park manager, you would be responsible for:

Business:

• Ensuring the safe execution of jobs
• Agree, set and consistently provide park brand standards
• Maintain grass cutting, gardening, and improve overall landscaping
• Clearance of litter
• Refuse/recycling management
• Utilities and water leaks are monitored reported and repaired promptly
• Ensure utilities meter reads are completed as required
• Moving caravans around the site, Jacking and levelling caravans on their pitches, fitting steps and verandas, connection of plumbing ancillaries to the underside of caravans
• Ensuring all caravan pitches are adhering to the park rules.
• General caravan maintenance, snagging etc.
• H&S checks, daily, weekly, monthly
• Coaching and Development
• Ensuring the team have the tools to do the Job
• Ensuring the safety of the siting operation at all times
• Driving heavy plant equipment such as tractors, trailers, and ride on mowers

Salary £27.500 - £30,000 D.O.E
