Main Duties:
- Deliver a consistent service as per the company standards
- Ensure the organization of table settings and maintain tables dirt-free and tidy
- Able to anticipate customer needs and take action promptly and efficiently
- Conduct theoretical and on-the-job trainings
Skills and Qualifications required:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Must possess a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly
- Excellent F&B standard and product knowledge
- Advanced POS system knowledge. Micros knowledge is a plus
