EOL Trading Ltd is a leading provider of IT hardware and services, including new gaming and office computers, IT-assisted disposal, refurbishment, resale, and remarketing services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Business Relations to join our team in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of EOL Trading's business
- Manage the company's sales pipeline and business development activities, including lead generation, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients
- Analyze market trends and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team to drive business growth
- Represent EOL Trading at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in communication business development, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and services, including gaming and office computers, IT-assisted disposal, refurbishment, resale, and remarketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
