Proficiency Design and Build is a construction company, based in London, NW6 1DU. We are currently looking for an Interior Designer, preferably with 2 years of experience.
You will be joining our friendly and creative team to work on a numerous prestigious new projects in London.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice on the interior layout of a space /building.
- Generating 2D or 3D interior design plans, drawings, mood boards and project visualisations.
- Being the point of contact for construction contractors on site, as well as consulting with engineers, architects and trade specialists.
- Preparing full architectural and construction detail drawings for the projects
- Preparing interior design package
- Direct client liaison.
- Creative, analytical input and delivery of presentations
Skills & Qualifications
- Passionate about design
- Excellent AutoCAD skill
- Excellent 3D-modelling skills , Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills
- Creatively conceptually strong with an enthusiasm for construction
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, to tight deadlines with a great attitude
- Have a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.
- Highly capable both on the technical and people communication, with excellent client handling skills
- 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
