We are the leading independent multi-brand stockist in Europe supplying both genuine and after-market heavy earth moving parts.
We are now looking for an experienced Internal Sales Advisor to join our team.
Position Overview
Maximising profitable sales from inbound enquiries and following up outstanding sales opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities
- Being responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries by phone and email. Identifying the sales opportunity and winning the order in a professional manner
- Preparing customer quotations
- Ensuring all quotes and feedback from customer discussions are accurately recorded on the CRM system
- Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunity
- Processing sales orders quickly and accurately, working in line with company procedures
- Keeping the data on the CRM accurate.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Dynamic, motivated and hungry for sales success
- Proven sales experience – either telephone based or field based
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong phone selling skills and active listening
- Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase margin
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to influence
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in negotiation
- Experience of working with technical or complex information
Salary on offer is dependent on your experience but within the ranges of £30,000 to £35,000 plus an attractive bonus with an overdrive potential. Please state your current salary on your application.
