A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our busy Dumfries location for the position of a proactive account Internal Sales assistant.
Working as part of a team of 7, we are looking for ambitious and highly motivated individual to help develop & grow our existing customer by delivering exceptional customer service to Dumfries & Galloway.
Duties Include:
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- Quoting materials
- Delivering industry leading customer service to clients that visit the trade counter
- Promoting account incentives and marketing to a growing customer base
- Assist with stock management & administration
- Developing relationships with & help identify potential clients
The successful candidate will:
- Be able and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
- Have the ability to comfortably talk to others
- Good oral and written communication
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A self starter, able to work on own initiative
- Hard working with a drive to succeed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
