TYPE: Permanent, full-time Junior Trader Position
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, Hybrid (3 days a week in the office after probation)
SALARY: £35 - 38K depending on experience

Junior Trader Main Responsibilities:
- Field based audit reports
- Sampling
- Testing
- Quality evaluation and commercial negotiation
- Organise Longulf overseas offices to build reliable relationships of trust with suppliers/third
party customers
- Extensive overseas travel within rural environments
Junior Trader Ideal Candidate:
- International cultural empathy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional behaviour at all times
- Agriculture science or food Technology background
- Have worked in soft commodity trading
- Sourcing experience is essential
