Require for a calm and professional manner in kitchen environment
Duties include:
- arranging dish presentation
- assembling ingredients for dishes to be cooked
- ensure orders out efficiently and orderly
- can work in a fast paced environment
- cleaning, stock rotation
- tidy up kitchen (kitchen cleaning)
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant equipment
- help with food preparation
- washing up dishes.
Opening hours is 12-9pm. After cleaning, would normally finish at 10pm approx.
Based in edinburgh city centre so public transport is available.
