Loft Boarding, Loft Insulation & Loft Ladder Installers required

Lofts4Storage are looking for installers to join our installation team based in the East Midlands. Prior experience is not required - full training is provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, rapidly growing company.

This is a self employed CIS position - you will be taxed at 20% - paid weekly

£125 per day plus monthly bonuses

Company van and tools supplied

You need a UK driving licence no more than 6 points

The Job Description:

You will be installing loft boarding, ladders and hatches - transforming loft space into a safe storage area for private domestic customers in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to deliver solutions from survey to installation
• Install loft boarding, loft ladders, loft hatches, loft insulation
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Work directly with the whole team, proactively contributing to the daily workload
• Feedback to the Management of the business
• Help problem solve on any issues that arise on installations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

On completion of successful training, you will be provided with a company van and tools. Therefore, a full UK driving licence is required.

No Experience Required:

No relative experience is necessary to apply for this role but the following would be an advantage:

· The use of power tools, impact drivers, circular saws, multi tools, jigsaws

· A natural ability to complete DIY to a good standard

· Manual labouring work – building / trade

Training:

You will be placed with an experience fitter for a period of 4-12 weeks dependant on experience. Once fully trained and competent you will be allocated your own scheduled jobs to complete. You will be supplied a works van and supplied tools.

· Fit and able – this is physical work

· Able to overcome problems with solutions

· To arrive on the job and start on time

· Hold a full clean UK driving licence

• Communicates clearly, and polite to all customers and other staff members

· Quick learner

· Work closely with the management team

· Deliver a quality finish
