An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager within the Health Testing Industry. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is motivated and experienced with a background in marketing as well as having a proven track record of results. Healthy Stuff is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial health and wellbeing company based in Castle Donington.

Duties will include:

  • Developing a marketing strategy and setting goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Ensuring that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources
  • Developing and managing competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
  • Creating engaging multimedia content such as videos, interesting photos, blog posts
  • Managing junior staff
  • Implementing a strategy designed to grow the business’s presence online including expanding community and / or influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Instagram, Blog, etc
  • Measure results daily, weekly, monthly etc and present them to other managers and staff

So, what do we need from you?

  • The ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • A knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • Competency in Facebook, Instagram, SEO, google adword, Facebook ads, Canva (desirable), print and web experience for design and coding platforms such as php, html, c#, c+
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics
  • Creative and able to contribute new and innovative ideas
  • Project management skills
  • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and Canva

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to Β£35,000.00 per year
