We are partnering with a leading provider of network and connectivity solutions to businesses who are looking for a Network Help-desk Analyst to join their ever growing team. This is a full-time opportunity based on-site in Solihull.
You'll have the freedom to work from home, on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern! This is also a night shift position.
Day to day responsibilities

Responding to tickets raised by telephone mail or via Service Now (on average ten tickets per night)

Filter faults by severity to determine next point of action

Create handovers information for days shift engineers

Update the system (Service Now)
Requirements
- Basic understanding/knowledge of networks
- IT literate
- Keenness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and numeracy skills
