Operations & Logistics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, implement and shape the industry’s premier operations

• Become an expert at organising transport, documentation, finance and compliance for agreed deals from the TrueCircle platform for recycled materials

• Build out world-class customer support to provide a magical & seamless customer experience

• Nurture our global supplier relationships; we want to be our suppliers' favourite customer

• Collaborate with Product teams to improve & optimise our logistics processes

Requirements:

• Understanding of operations; gained through previous experience which can include working directly for a Freight Forwarder or a transport provider, or for a broader Operations team

• Strong attention to detail, and eye for errors and omissions

• Proactive, able to use their own initiative to drive projects and process improvements

• Keen to work in an unstructured and dynamic environment to transform the recycling industry with technology
