As the successful Operations Manager you will play an integral role in the continued success of the Company . As an inspirational Leader you will work across all areas of the Production Floor and Warehouse to provide first class production and operational support to the business
The Candidate and Role
Extensive experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment ( Please note that unfortuately they won't consider Food )
Able to lead and motivate a small team
Capable of managing a Production facility and a Warehouse including implementing bin locations and holding areas
Experience of Stock control and order levels
Experience of Logistics and Shipping
Capable of introducing product manufacturing for core items
Experience of Lean and Continuous improvement Techniques
Good experience on Systems
Pro-active approach to working in a fast paced environment
Implemented supply chain accreditation and approvals with suppliers in the UK and overseas
