Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, qualify and perform analytical techniques with a specific emphasis on development of cell-based potency (bio)assays that are required to support testing of their products.

Work as part of a team specifically to develop, qualify and perform analytical assays for testing of drug product and drug substance and in-process samples to support CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) activities.
Technical Experience:

Molecular biology and cell potency experience
-
Practical knowledge of mammalian cell culture
-
PCR
-
Practical experience in cell-based potency assays and molecular techniques
-
ELISA
-
Western blot
-
Viral growth curves, viral titers, transfections.
