Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2026, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors. Spring 2026 will see the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house will offer informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco. The menu will celebrate local ingredients offering something for all driven by quality and locally sourced produce.

Job description

We are looking for a Reservations and Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will need good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team but also be efficient at managing their own work load. This is not purely an office job the successful candidate will need to enjoy seeing the function through from start to finish.

This position comes with a competitive pay package
