We are seeking a focused individual with good attention to detail to join our established Planning team to ensure the smooth running of production and on time fulfilment of customer orders.
- Provide production teams with efficient retail plans to ensure customer orders are achieved and delivered on time
- Ensure that factory running hours are maximised and downtime is minimised
- Maintain and update all information relating to scheduling process
- Liaise with transport provider with regards to the organisation and scheduling of product delivery into customer depots
- Managing raw materials and work with production management to identify areas of waster in the process, proposing improvement measures
- Stock reconciliation
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
- Can work in a challenging environment, under pressure
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
- Computer literate
- Previous experience of working within a FMCG environment is an advantage,
ideally in food
