Sales & Customer Service Assistant
As a growing forward thinking company, we are currently looking for someone to join our team based in Peterstow, Herefordshire. Working within a small team, you will assist in sales to independent retailers via telesales and monitoring emails. The role will also include processing orders,booking in parcels/pallets with the relevant haulier and forecasting stock requirements through MS Excel . The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hard-working team player who is good at working under pressure and will not shy away from a challenge. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work under your own initiative.
Requirements:
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Establish, maintain and grow relationships with our independent customers.
- Be competent at selling over the phone and face to face.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
- A knowledge of MS Excel CRM systems and Sage preferred but not essential .
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
