Requirements:

Ideally over 5 years Experience at a subcontractor level
- BSc or NVQ Equivalent

First Aid QualificationSMSTS + CSCS card

PASMA Certification

Asbestos Awareness
-
Fire door Inspection certification
-
Drywall/Joinery/Luxury bathroom specialist

Experience in working alongside Tier 1 Contractors

Multifaceted Skillset
-
Located in London
-
Preferably comes from the tools/trades background to have better understanding on the build of projects
