The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a passion for creating engaging digital content via video and images to join our world-class team.
Excellent technical skills are a must, as this role will require using lots of different software to edit and publish social media content across multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook TikTok and Instagram.
You won’t be required to be in front of the camera, but you will need to be able to learn quickly on the job and meet deadlines reliably, whilst working remotely and without being micro-managed.
You’ll Benefit From:
- Basic pay of £22,000 per annum, with plenty of room for rapid career progression and increases as you hit your key targets and the company grows
- Additional bonuses of up to £3,000 a year when we hit company quarterly and annual targets
- Being able to work flexibly from home, so you can take breaks throughout the day and work when you work best
- 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) per annum

- Team spirit and you enjoy a bit of light-hearted banter
- Excellent technical skills including video editing and photo editing
- Experience of all major social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram)
- Creative skills and the ability to analyse what’s working (and not working) to consistently generate ideas on how to improve performance
- The desire to develop yourself, your skills and knowledge
