Role Purpose
To create and deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and delivery, whilst maintaining high standards and encompassing our brand values.
Customer
- Deliver outstanding customer service, at all times.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable and polite manner.
- Work within our clubhouse bar areas serving food and drink ( where applicable )
- Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
- Deal with challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding, being empowered to make a decision to resolve.
- Place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Take feedback from customers on board and feed this back to your line manager.
Team
- Share your knowledge and any key learnings with the team.
- Be involved and actively contribute at team meetings.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all team members.
- Be willing to take on jobs to support your team members.
