Variety Trials Managers | Fresh Produce | Lincolnshire
Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded Fresh produce business that supplies high quality vegetables and potatoes to retail, wholesales and food manufacturing customers. Due to their continued growth, we a looking for a Variety Trials Manager to help lead, manage and co-ordinate variety development for the business.
The Role
For this position the ideal candidate will manage the variety development process from concept generation to product Launch. You will work with both internal and external partners to position new varieties to drive innovation, value and volume. You will coordinate and manage the variety trials, analyse, evaluate and report the results. You will also create and maintain data decision-making within variety development process.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have been in a similar position before running trials or have an interest in trials. Having exeprience in Trials within any fresh produce product is fine. You also will need to have a driving licence for this position as there is travel involved.
